With support from the Department of Family and Community Medicine’s Center on Social Disparities in Health, San Francisco’s Black Infant Health Program is pleased to be hosting a public exhibition at the SF Jazz Center on October 17th from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The event is free and open to the public.
