Marianna Kong, MD serves as the Physician Practice Transformation Specialist at the Center for Excellence in Primary Care at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), and is a faculty member in the Department of Family & Community Medicine. Dr. Kong leads the Clinic First initiatives at the Center for Excellence in Primary Care, which aim to disseminate best practices in primary care teaching clinic transformation. Dr. Kong is also a primary care provider in the San Francisco Department of Public Health at the Silver Avenue Family Health Center.

Megan Mahoney, MD, MBA

Dr. Megan Mahoney is the Hellman Endowed Professor and Chair in the UCSF Department of Family & Community Medicine - a department with a recognized legacy of defining the role of academic family medicine in the social justice movement.  Throughout her career, Dr. Mahoney has built and led sustainable initiatives in health technology integration, quality improvement, and DEI for health care organizations. Her research has focused on the impact of primary care team cohesion on burnout, and the influence of diversity and inclusion on individual and team wellbeing.

Wolf Mehling, MD

Dr. Wolf Mehling specializes in family and community medicine as well as integrative medicine.

Mehling earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Hamburg in Germany. He worked in private practice in Germany for 12 years before moving to the United States, where he completed a residency in family practice at Sutter Health. He then completed a clinical research fellowship in family medicine at UCSF.
