Testimonials about the intensive:
"I feel like as a rookie core faculty member all of the topics (covered) were very helpful. The whole course did a great job of helping me understand the preparation necessary to become a better medical educator. I always have always thought I could deliver content well and communicate to learners in a way that they were able to understand. However the boot camp provided me with tools and ideas to improve and expand how I delivered content ie. Different “lesson plans” for different learners. Furthermore it helped me realize how much more goes into the success of a well-run residency program taking into account the education of our students and residents while providing great patient care."
"Having dedicated time as a faculty group to learn together and discuss application of principles and tools to our program (was one of the best aspects of the training). I very much enjoyed taking this time away from patient care with this group to delve into these topics together."
"The instructors promoted an atmosphere that was both challenging and supportive, which facilitated our growth."
