This year’s plenary aims to spotlight the challenges and pressures facing our fundamental values in teaching and practicing core tenets of Family and Community Medicine including primary care policy and advocacy, reproductive health, gender affirming care, and DEI programs, all of which have been subject to intense political scrutiny and attacks recently. Given the current climate, our collective efforts to safeguard these core values have never been more critical. The panelists featured have insights and experiences in these areas that would greatly enrich our conversation and inspire actionable solutions.
