Dr. Lee is a professor and core faculty member in the University of California, San Francisco Family & Community Medicine Residency Program, where she is involved in outpatient resident and medical student teaching, resident professional development curriculum, and reproductive health education and training. She has been teaching in the Faculty Development Fellowship since 2017 and co-directing it since 2018. She believes the fellowship’s value is both in developing critical skills for clinical educators as well as in cultivating a supportive community of peer mentors and collaborators.

Dr. Catalina Triana is a Family Physician with fellowship training in Behavioral Health from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has been involved in medical education teaching and leadership since 2002 and moved to California as a founding faculty and APD of the John Muir Health Residency Program. She is a motivational interviewing trainer and has expertise in fostering relational skills to promote change and wellbeing. She has been part of the fellowship faculty since 2018 and co-director since 2019. Her educational and leadership practice in the fellowship is guided by her passion for making medical education more just, equitable, and healing.
