Fellows meet eight times for three-day sessions held monthly from October 2025 through May 2026 at the Ralston White Retreat Center on Mt. Tamalpais in Mill Valley, California

Dates: Oct 6-8, Nov 17-19, Dec 8-10. Jan 5-7 (virtual), Feb 9-11, Mar 2-4, Apr 13-15, May 11-13

We accept up to 18 fellows annually. Applicants must be sponsored by their residency directors or program chairs. There is a tuition fee of $15,000 to cover costs of fellowship faculty, training materials, facility use, and other expenses. We also offer faculty development intensive specific to your program. 

Priority will be given to faculty who currently hold teaching positions at a family medicine residency program or department. We welcome applications from other primary care specialties. The application deadline is May 12, applicants will be notified by June 15.
