Hannah Snyder is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UCSF. She is the medical director of the Bridge Clinic and practices primary care and addiction medicine at San Francisco General. Her interests include rapid access, low-barrier addiction care in outpatient and emergency department settings.
