After developing the UCSF Double Helix Curriculum, our team of health educators piloted this supplemental practice transformation curriculum in their own residency programs. We found that each program used different materials and different structures based on the organization of their residency program.
We asked them to share how they integrated these materials into their existing curriculum as well as some recommendations for other programs looking to add this curriculum. We recommend that you start by exploring the program that is structured most similarly to yours and then see how other programs integrated these materials and faced some of their barriers.
